Upon completion of this program, the successful student will have reliably demonstrated the ability to:

• Understand Canadian banking systems and procedures
• Work directly with customers and handle deposits, withdrawals, cash handling, bill payments, money orders, identify fraud and counterfeit money
• Gather and process the information needed to open new customer accounts and services
• Identify and solve problems with customer’s accounts
